WARRANTY

NOCTEX warranties the Zero Digital Ballast to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 3 years.  Noctex’s obligation in any warranty service performed (valid from the day of purchase of the end-user) is limited to replacing or repairing, at Noctex’s discretion, the Ballast or parts determined by Noctex to be defective in materials or workmanship, during the warranty period. Additional parts may be purchased upon request. Outside of the warranty period, repair service can still be done upon request at Noctex’s discretion, but parts, labour and shipping charges will apply.   • modification, alteration, repair or service of this Ballast by anyone other than  Resellers authorized by Noctex to perform repair services;
  • physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the Ballast or operation thereof in a manner contrary to the instructions accompanying the Ballast;
  • any use of the Ballast other than that for which it was designed;
  • shipment of the Ballast to Noctex for service;
  •  failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions accompanying the Ballast.

Warranty will be voided if any identification or serial number is removed or tampered with, or if any unauthorized modification is detected.
